There are three key factors that we manage:
Cost:
- Firstly, nominated contractors will be required for certain aspects of a project in terms of achieving quality and consistency.
- Depending on the size of the project, quantities of materials allow for negotiation of better rates from contractors and suppliers. This will allow for savings as well as better margins for the operator.
- Budgets are controlled from a central point and thus design and identity are protected as well as the global budget.
- Certain materials can be ordered by central suppliers and after rates have been negotiated, prices can be fixed against increase etc.
- Our Service: Rate negotiations / Procurement management / Budget Control and management.
Time:
- Driven by the central management team a schedule can be controlled and adhered to. From design to implementation, each step of the process is identified, analysed and through this structure can be managed. Again, this will keep budgets, roleplayers and strategy in check.
- The fact that all aspects of the rollout are controlled centrally suggests the process can be accelerated or halted more effectively.
- Controlling the time factor also has consequences on the Cost factor as control of the speed at which the outlets are re-branded etc can have direct impact on budget.
- Our Service: Project Analysis/Programming of all phases of the project (implementation to completion) / Contract Management / Project Reports and Updates
Quality:
- Through controlling time and cost, we can ensure a level of quality across the board as opposed to separate entities being allowed to interpret designs etc.
- By having personnel dedicated to on site implementation, quality levels can be kept in check and the client can be certain that each and every outlet receives the same finishes and quality control as the next.
- Our Service: On/Off site supervision and contractor control. Contract Management and Training.
